Default 991 Speedster (Heritage) -- Bolster Covers

After months and months of waiting my Speedster (with the Heritage Design Package) finally arrived this week. I am over the moon -- love it. I ordered a set of Crazy Eddie's bolster covers, which were just installed today. The cognac leather match is spot on, and the fit is absolutely perfect! Pretty sure Crazy Eddie is here on Rennlist, and he can be reached at ed@pencom.com if anyone else is interested in ordering a set.

I prefer the stock look without the covers and have a system where I put my right leg in the car first, then reach around behind myself with my left arm to lift myself over the the bolsters and into the seat. When passengers get in the car, I simply ask them to be careful. My car is now 2 years old, with over 12,000 miles, and my bolsters still look new.

Ed’s covers are “the stock look”.

Ed's covers are awesome. When people look at my car they don't even know there's a cover on seats. I don't need to worry about anybody getting in and messing up the bolsters. They will look like new for the next owner, after I'm dead.

I've seen them in person and can tell they're there. I'm not knocking them, I just don't feel I need them. I met Ed at Rennsport, and he was the nicest guy.
