gt3 touring
Over the weekend I drove and put a deposit on winged GT3 manual with 1300 miles. I don't love the wing - but I could live with it because the car is that amazing.
Today I found a GT3 touring in the same color and it has 4000 miles and its 13k over original sticker. Is this normal? I did but a deposit on it.
I do understand what happened to the R but this is not an R. I appreciate any wisdom on this.
Also - The porsche decal that runs the length of the car over both doors - is it applied prior to top coat or is that removable.
I really appreciate any comments
Thanks

The stickers easily peel off if not a clear mask over them. Yes Tourings seem to trade at or over sticker even if used. No it doesn't make sense but if you want one now that's market.

13k over sticker for a used touring is pretty high. There's a great thread on here about Touring ADMs, I think there was one posted recently that was CPO and with less ADM.

I would pay extra for a touring but I’m biased....
not a fan of the wing (this is not a track car for me) and like the more subtle look of touring.

It was on page 2 of the threads. $13k is not bad for a Touring, in my opinion, if it is to your liking. If you are going to be happier with the Touring sans wing, it is worth the extra money over buying a winged GT3 and always feeling like you coulda, shoulda, woulda. I'd get the car PPI'd by a Porsche service department before pulling the trigger on either car, just to make sure everything checks out.

Thank you - It is what I want and the dealer knows it but gave me a fair trade for my Aston.
No crazy options just enough and I am happy not to get the Ceramic breaks - I think that is over kill for me. The Bucket seats where important
I appreciate your time. Happy driving

If I didn't have a Touring I would happily pay $13k over sticker. I paid much more that that for my new allocation. There are not many used Tourings for sale. For me it is worth it. I sold my winged car to get a Touring. Enjoy!

so do you love it? I was amazed. I have 2 = 993 that I don't drive anymore - I bought a 997 new then the aston martin 2 years ago. I was blown away when I drove the GT3 this weekend. Thanks again for your comments.

For the most recent sale, the used 2018 GT3 touring at Porsche of the Main Line just sold for $20K over sticker. As such, my bet is that this one at 13K over will sell quickly. There just aren’t many Tourings to choose from. But it never hurts to try to get the dealer to come down a bit.
