Default She's finally on her way... PEC Atlanta delivery

After 6 excruciatingly long months, my first P-car is finally on its way and I'm expected to pick it up in Atlanta on June 4th. I will be driving it back to nyc in order to get the break in period over with. Planning to bring track wrap to protect the car for the ride back before getting xpel stealth applied to it. Any advice or things I should be aware of before going? Must-see roads on my way up? Trying to cover all my bases.

Already have a JCR valved race pipe on the way.

Thanks for the help!

This is awesome! Congrats man!

My suggestion - if you see rain in the forecast, pull over and let it pass. The tires these cars come on are amazing in the warm and sunny weather, and are complete opposite in the rain.

Thanks a lot. Noted! Didn't think of that. I suppose drifting is a very inefficient way to keep the revs under 5k haha

Would love to see this beautiful beast. Do you spend any time on Long Island?

Have Porsche put a set of PS4S on there for you and ship the OEMs (Cup 2 or Race 2) to your home.

Hello

I sent you a Private Message.

I picked up my Cayman S on last Friday April 26th - the 814th Delivery at the Atlanta PEC with my son. It is truly the best way to take Delivery of your special ordered Porsche, overall a very memorable experience. The PEC Delivery Team did an outstanding job.

I installed the Expel Track Wrap before my mid afternoon departure back to the Detroit area. I have a few tips for you. Couple of photos below, including a before and after with the Track Wrap installed.

Look forward to chatting.

Dave
