To OP,

we can get the complete set up if you're interested. However, the cost is significant higher due to shipping from Germany. But it's OEM so there's the price to pay. Feel free to PM us.

I would agree with majority of people. If my own car catches fire, I don't want to save it. That's what insurance is for. However, for $140 from Porsche, I checked the box. You never know if one day it might save somebody's life.

We had requests from customers that want to cover it up so the passengers don't freak out. So we made it happen. For anyone that don't mind it in the car but wish to disguise it, we got you and your bottle covered. Advance apology to the purists.

Nicely done. Is this item listed on your website?

Could-you, please, let me know when your site will be updated?
I will then forward the link to friends that might be interested by this cover.

It's brilliant. Spec a manual transmission so no one will ask to drive it. Spec a fire extinguisher so no one will ask for a ride. Done and done!

Timely thread! Yesterday in my last session at Laguna as I approached an old beater Pontiac racecar going down the hill into turn 9 the rear of the car erupted into flames. Flames in the cabin as well. The driver calmly drove thru 9 & 10 and exited into the pits after turn 10 where I lost sight of him.

If that had been me I would have been halfway to Salinas by the time the emergency guys got to the car.

After an earlier session he had been called out by another driver who claimed his car was spraying him with fuel. The guy told us he had just overfilled the tank so no worries.

And unless your passenger has extremely short legs that immediately bend down from the seat edge, or they like to tuck their legs under the seat, it is NOT a bother. My wife likes to tuck her handbag under her legs, but she has learned to put it behind the seat instead when she rides in the GT3.
Grass would never touch your exhaust unless you take the diffuser off. A GT3 isn't a Ferrari... not needed.

My guess: you've never gone off track at speed, going sideways or backward, or even forward Your expensive car becomes a grass cutter. Grass gets everywhere!
