From the car it sounds like a quick blast of air from an air compressor, or maybe a scraping sound.. It seems like it's exhaust related
It happens when I just tap the gas at complete idle and let off quickly.
If I hold the gas down to accelerate it doesn't happen and if I tap again before it settles to complete idle it also doesn't happen.
I also switched into neutral a few times at higher speeds and the same tap causes the same sound.
It happened a few times too with some downshifts that caused the rpms to spike.
Does anyone else hear this? It's a new '19 GT3 w/ 700 miles.

Didn't believe I had heard that before but just jumped in to check--no, mine doesn't make that noise.
But, I'm running side muffler bypasses.
Could it be one of your PSE valves opening (or maybe the vacuum line is off of one? If so, I'd guess the driver's side)?

Normal.
Happens when you quickly floor throttle. Also happens when you put it in sport mode when the car rev matches for you.

I like all the clanking sounds and all but that air-like sound felt like I hadn't heard it .. maybe I noticed cause I had read recently about the PSE valve hose (mine are on tight)

I went back out to listen again and it didn't start until like 20-30 sec after I started the car.. then there was a very light hum from the back and it started again.. so I just went for another drive (man, did anyone mention how this car wakes up at 5000rpm!)

So thanks for chiming in.. I'd like to know more about it but at least I don't need a trip to the dealer tomorrow.

shivjeet posts exhaust after his fix. You can hear the sound clearly on almost all his revs.
