Sorry- that second picture looks the same to me. Can you describe the difference and what you did to fix it. Thanks and great job!

Shivjeet- If I have any problems with my new GT3, you'll be the first one I ask for help I'm not sure i would have even noticed the difference in the exhaust. Great job!

Thanks! When you feel helpless, you gotta find a solution on your own

Edit:

Oops. Nm. Your issue is different. Not related to vacuum line

Wow well done and way to follow your gut/intuition. Another RL member found a disconnected vacuum line I think upon taking delivery of his car, and someone else on here had found one of his LED headlights not swiveling correctly I think so you eagle-eyed (and eagle ear'd if that is correct) Rennlisters are helping us out. Will keep an eye on my GT3 exhaust as well after delivery to make sure everything connected and working

Might be nice to aggregate all of these new kinks after delivery to look out for in a thread or something.

Holy smoke. I definitively would not have picked up on this "defect". Glad you are OCD, and will now visually check the valves when my car arrives. Thanks!

This is how it's supposed to be.

I have finally managed to find the cause and fix it myself. The connection is till loose, as I went for a drive after fixing it and when I got back home it had slipped out of place again. Looks like being OCD about such things isn't bad after all, as the flow felt abnormal for sure and it was because of the above reasons.

I had zero hopes from the local Porsche service centre guys, and my doubts about their capabilities came out to be true when the technician passed it off as normal. I hope this issue wouldn't have affected my engine as I have completed 1100 kms with a closed flap on one side

Any views on this would be appreciated
Remarkable!
