any interest in developing a similar product for those RS owners who prefer a more subdued look? It’s basically a set of end caps to be installed in lieu of the rear wing uprights. See last few pages of the above link

DB -- what do you think about the new Chinese made carbon parts Porsche is using for the 2RS? Some have posted some quality concerns.
Is this a new vendor they're using? The 992 also switched up its interior trim which looks went the cost cutting bean counter route.

The same carbon parts from China were used on the 918, and maybe earlier.
In fact, currently, some of the finest carbon parts are made in China.

Good to know. Porsche should start assembling cars there.
Designed in Germany / Made in China

Agreed.
The aftermarket parts are all rubbish, 95% comes from the Asia market are that... but there are some industrial companies received the know how from US and European companies and in fact produce highest quality stabil carbon parts - so for the new RS models/Weissach packages. Getting closer to our quality standards ;-)

Before you ask, no the car was not kept in the sun, only when driving somewhere or parked then stored in a garage when not in use.
What kind of warranty and resistance to UV/sun should we expect from these exterior CF replacement parts?
Thank you.

That´s correct Peter, same as OEM carbon parts on the interior and most of the exterior our products are OEM base parts with real carbon - manufactured in Germany under highest quality standards in flawless perfection.
Weight stays the same and an upgrade is ever an question of each personal taste.

Your parts are OEM parts that are then wrapped in carbon fiber? Or are they 100% new carbon fiber parts?
If they are simply OEM plastic parts with a carbon fiber wrap around them, how can they possibly be the same weight? You are adding material to the existing parts. That means they MUST weigh more.
