Put in my race pipe order, ready for my ears to bleed....my anti-drone solution is to make the sound system in the car loud enough to drown it out on the highway =)
Sounds ridiculously nice. Question is internal car drone (hate that) and whether or not it’s going to be too loud for me to track it. We’ve got strict decibel rules at my home track.
1st mod for me on Porsche’s is always exhaust. Porsche cars are just way to quiet stock from the factory. I’m not looking for obnoxious loud but a nice overall sound that sounds like the car looks.
I did Soul Side Muffler deletes. Less weight - Less heat - Better sound = WIN!
I am extremely happy months and many miles later. Sometimes I think I want the exhaust a little louder but in real life over all I feel this is the way the GT3 should sound from the factory. I’m happy with the Soul customer service and build quality....good stuff.
I had the JCR center bypass on my 991.2 GT3 RS. Wanted to drop a little weight and contemplated the side muffler deletes, however, I went with a used set of Race Pipes instead.
Sweet mother of Abraham... This thing is intense. Loud? Yes. Angry? Yes. Sound is quite distinct and RSR like, for sure. I don't drive my car around a lot but when I do, everyone within a 2 mile radius will know.
