$10K deposits with no agreed upon ADM?? Non-refundable deposits?? Why do business with these kind of shady dealers?

Yeah, dealers holding $10K interest free deposits. Multiply that by 100+. What a racket.

Yes, holding a million dollars at around 3% interest in todays economy will make you an extra $30k a year. I'm sure that is the goal at a Porsche store....

Why on earth should they be holding that kind of customer $$?? Cars they probably won't even be able to get guys or screw them over on.

Yeah, you're right ... $30K is just one night at LIV in Miami. Ask SS.

Just to echo the OP of this thread, I've purchased 4 or 5 cars from Casey of Porsche Silver Spring and have had nothing but great experiences. Other dealers markup and play games with their allocations but with Casey it was no BS. Here's the allocation, here's the price, done. I have an RS coming in soon from him as we speak and am on the list for the next Macan, once the S or Turbo is released

X2, completely support OP.

I have also purchased five cars from Casey Parkin and Porsche of Silver Spring, we have a GT3T coming next month.

Zero issues, no drama, MSRP...

I’m also on the list for a Spyder, no deposits, no BS.

Porsche of Silver Spring and Casey Parkin are one of the good guy dealers!

Here is the story on Porsche of Beachwood - talk about negative PR

X3 here, we have 3 pcars in the household, all 3 came from PSS and Casey. No BS or drama. MSRP on GT3 PTS. Also have done ED and PEC deliveries with my purchases.

Feel lucky to have them as a local dealer. I have zero hesitation in recommending them to others to use.

Funny how this thread got off the rails from the OP's topic so quickly. Maybe a MOD can clean it up.
