I forgot to mention one possible drawback of the .2 external hydraulic design compared to the .1 internal pneumatic design is that the the external mechanism takes up ~60mm of height from the strut so a shorter main spring is necessary. Shorter spring isn't as smooth over bumps compared to a longer spring that's of the same spring rate.

Ppf going on and AP brakes to get ready for laguna this Friday . Weather looks good and friends convinced me to go!

The AP kit install is no different on the RS vs the gt3 other than you need to move the rubber duct from the naca hood duct out of the way.

Perfect! Those Black AP's not only work better but also look better with your color scheme

Black calipers definitely look better with your color scheme and they perform better. Win, win!

There is a rolling jack that lifts the car up for maintenance.

Those lifts have an option that you can lift it from the center part. It is an accessory. Pretty awesome feature.

I haven’t read the whole thread or searched this up but is the caliper change for ease of changing pads over OEM or do you feel OEM is lacking in performance in some way?

Thank you.

You should go on Sunday instead - only 29 cars total signed up so far, so it will be nice. I'm coming, assuming the car agrees to go.
