GT3 - White or Chalk?

Exactly. Either color is awesome, because the car is awesome. We don't have to talk trash about one color over another when that is the least of what makes the GT3 a super car to own.

When I bought mine, I was looking for an Agate gray or Silver but stumbled across a great deal on a white one. I can't tell you how many compliments I get on this basic white color. Never expected that. Every kind of comment from classic Porsche heritage to race car white, etc.. As far as Chalk, I have mixed emotions about it. I'm prolly 50/50 on it. The question is, which one will still look good 5 years from now?

This is so true. I had what I felt like was a pretty sweet looking GT Silver Turbo Cab, HRE wheels, lowered just a touch etc etc. I get more thumbs up and compliments on my bone stock white GT3 with basic no cost option GT3 silver wheels than I ever did in the Turbo.

Aku,
White is just a class color period, it will never get old. Chalk to me is like the "new kid on the block" . Have you seen chalk in person ? Pics don't do justice.
It tends to change color depending on the lighting, personally I think chalk looks best under overcast conditions. It does give a hint of brown hue.
you can't go wrong with either.

My buddy has one in chalk, for what it's worth his car looks great! You won't go wrong with either color.

Porsche doesn’t offer a bad color, even with PTS. I think this is why there is an approval process, and not all colors are offered on all models. So...these cars look great in all colors by design.

Not to thread-jack but do you still regret that a few weeks later? I waver almost every day on GT Silver vs. Chalk and my lock date is fast approaching...
What makes you regret it? How common silver is in-general or the specific look of GT Silver on the car?

I say just get the one that speaks to you for that particular car. I still feel that GT silver fits the TTS shape better than any color. I don't feel that chalk is necessarily the best color for a GT3 but it is the best color on one for me.

Me....i liked Chalk so much ('18 GTS) went w/ Chalk on my new GT3.
Wife and I were dead set on another Chalk so it made the color choice and shopping easier. Lol.

My wife’s vote was the same as mine (chalk) from day one so made our shopping easier as well.
