Default Freeze date of Aug 1st but expected Dealership Arrival Date of Nov 25th?

How are GT3's being built now?

Are things getting delayed?

When I searched threads from few months ago, seems like car gets completed around 20 days after freeze date and takes less than 2 months after completion to arrive to dealership.

This does not add up to my freeze date and expected dealership arrival date.

Is expected dealership arrival date usually accurate?

Thanks in advance.

PS - The wait is KILLING me.

Factory doesn't open up until around the 4th week of August.

Could be supplier scheduling. My car locked 08/17 and was built 02/18. One option caused that, PTS.

Your car could also move up in scheduling or could move out.

I'm jealous of your PTS GT3

With trump's possible new tariff on german cars, I'm not even casting my eyes over PTS options. Just want my car ASAP.

My car build lock date is 8/25. Goes into production sometime in September or early October. Ready for European delivery the week of Halloween. If no Euro delivery, expected arrival date, mid-December. I would not worry about the 25% tariff. Will not happen overnight, if it happens at all (unlikely - would be a bad idea to screw with the Germans' biggest export), but who am I to say what Trump and his complicit congress will do?! Okay, no more politics. Sorry, not sorry.

Don't be sorry. I know I shouldn't be worried but it still does annoy the hack out of me.

Anyways lucky for you to go for Euro delivery. That should be a fun experience. I am still debating with color. Lately, I'm thinking of Lava Orange. I must be going insane.

Would've said hell no 2 months ago.

I did see MB in person and it looks stunning.

I currently have GT silver but everyone and his cousin has GT silver 911.

Ascend - I am in the same boat. I have configured every color except black and racing yellow, many times over. If PTS becomes available as I have heard on other recent threads, I am going to do PTS. What PTS? Hell if I know, but at least I will have a lot more interesting color options at my disposal for a cool 13k.

Ascend - Touring or wing? Buckets or sofas? PCCB or steel? I am Touring, buckets, PCCBs. Good thing I don't have kids' mouths to feed or school tuitions to pay!

Bucket and PCCB. Currently going back and forth for Touring vs. Wing. Like Touring's style but also like the wing and extra CF bits in engine bay.

Might do PTS but if it delays production and hit by trump tariff, it becomes 250k car

Might do LO Touring. Looks great.

Ascend - we must be brothers from another mother. I totally agree with you that the wing looks awesome and I prefer the carbon under the wing in the rear vs the plastic in the Touring. I also think LO looks awesome. Here are some examples I found online. I just don't know if I want to draw that much attention to myself every time I drive the car...
