I've always loved black window trim on sports cars, but went with the silver wheels / headlights to set a bit of an accent. Initially thought black wheels and black headlights would look cool (as in the press photos), but ultimately felt it's too dark/grim. Then saw a Chalk GT3 at a dealer with silver wheels (with black headlights), and found one online (with silver headlights). Loved both -- see pics attached, incl. press car with black wheels and my final build...
IMO, Chalk changes color quite drastically between light grey (nearly white) and dark grey -- depending on exterior light and sunshine. So ultimately felt that the silver accent looked better, but I guess it's complete preference.
