No Bose, No Wart, Right?
Can anyone with a .2 GT3 and the base radio confirm that the car came without the roof wart? Someone posted in another thread that you still get the wart, but I can't understand why that would be the case and, if it is, I'm wondering why I'm seeing all these pics of GT3s with no wart.

can't confirm 100% but I think US cars come with standard sat radio as standard=roof wart even w/ base radio
I think.....
another reason why opted for radio delete lol

yes and no
roof wart is for sat radio (someone can confirm this?)
you CAN get radio delete if your build is prior to May 2018 as cars produced AFTER May will require a backup camera (stupid US regulation for grandma's safety)

Only way to delete roof wart on US .2 GT3 is to select the radio delete option.

Nothing to do with Bose. It's the satellite radio that the geniuses at PNA decided should be standard equipment (probably received money from the satellite company to include it - helps promote satellite subscriptions after the introductory free period expires).
When I was at the factory, the employees mentioned that only North American cars had a hole in the metal roof skin for this antenna to pass through - they were horrified that we had to have that.
Can anyone confirm that radio delete does indeed get rid of this?
