Matt(money2536) did a great review on exhaust systems for the 991.1 GT3
He ultimately decided on Dundon after maybe 4 or 5 different systems on his own car.
Look up his thread.

Released 2 weeks ago, we launched our updated version of the GMG Center Section Muffler for the 991.2 GT3:
We were first to market on this product back in 2007 when the first 997.1 GT3 was introduced. Combine this with our long tube headers in the video below, and you have the best of both worlds, performance gains and an unbelievable sound.
Cheers,

Im quite satisfied with the Dundon setup to be honest, ticks all the boxes for me;
Great sound on the power and nice deep rumble on idle.
Good valved system, screams when you want it to, and very silent (as good as stock) when you want it to be quiet.
Quality is fantastic.
Very good support from the Dundon team + warranty and return policies.
Nice bump in BHP figures from stock
Huge weight saving when compared to stock system.
All in all, car sounds epic, feels lighter and better handling + more powaaa!

I have video evidence of the Dundon spitting flames
At precisely 3:33 there is a dark grey/bronzish GT3 (KSA GT3's car on this forum). There is a flame blip as he shifts gear.

If you want a full exhaust system, I would go with the Dundon headers. I have the street/catted version and love them: great sound, extra power, what more could you want?
If you want just a center muffler delete, I went through a few of them and prefer the BBi Autosport pipe.

I had the sharkwerks on my 991.1 gt3 and was very happy. I was thinking of putting the awe switchpath on the 991.2. Anyone had that? Also, will the awe for 991.1 fit on 991.2 gt3?

Certainly went through a few exhaust on my old 991.1 Turbo. I am giving Rahal Racing Performance a shot on my GT3. They work closely with Bbi and was happy with them on the Turbo.
Interesting that GMG shows new to the market with first .2 exhaust but others are claiming the .1 and .2 are the same. Which is it? Different exhaust and re-tooled or are they transferable between the two?

My opinion is the GT3 does not have them because Porsche artificially produced them on the GT4 to compensate for the inferior motor.. I actually liked it but at times could get a little over the top. The GT3 does not do it but have had a couple with the Bypass which was welcomed

There is a slight dimensional difference between the .1 and .2 but the design and sound are very similar.
We first introduced our Center Section exhaust to the market back in 2007 on the 997.1 GT3 and I think it's one of the best single upgrades to the GT3/RS you can make, as in stock form the exhaust is fairly tame but when the sport button is engaged, the sound is intoxicating!
Here is a basic sound clip of a GMG equipped Center Section that is somewhat boring until the owner takes off at the 2 min mark, which demonstrates the real world sound of our system in everyday driving conditions:
