Fun Drive

Fun drive yesterday. The only good thing about SoCal we can drive on Dec 29th in 80 degree weather up to 5,500 ft. Great 250 miles and what a blast highway 74 from Hemet to Palm Springs.

Meanwhile while everyone is complaining about the crazy ADM's or oogling over their new .2 GT3's, we took our lowly little .1 out for another 250 drive and went to one of our favorite spots of Julian. Found a new little detour with some amazing twisties and no one on the road. It was awesome.

Here is a pic of the map and route we took via “inRoute” app, great app BTW. The red circle was the detour and I think it is about 5 miles and called Mesa Grande Loop. Waypoint #1 is Pechanga Casino and Waypoint #4 is Julian for reference.

Oh yeah, added the back up camera. So excited. The main thing I missed from the Turbo.

where did you order it from? i had one installed first month i got the car then it stopped working sent it back to installer and they could not figure it out so they refunded me but would be great to know what you used so i can possibly give it a go

Congrats on a great looking car. I also just picked my '15 GT3 this past december. I tried to go the .2 route but it was just impossible. Dealers suggested buying a .1 then try to get allocation for a .2. I have decided to wait and see what a 992.1 will bring. So far I'm so happy with the .1 and I haven't even had a chance to drive her.
