19" BBS monoblock
If anybody has a line on a set of 19" BBS motorsport monoblocks (standard, not magnesium), preferably titanium finish, let me know. I'm looking to buy a set for a 991/991.2 GT3.
Thx

They will be
19 x 9 et47
19 x 12 et48
The new rear wheel will have more inner barrel clearance too.
You can run 265/35/19 and 325/30/19

What do you think about using the Bridgestone RE-71R?
They come in 255/35/19 and 305/30/19, don't cost much (way less than stock 20's), are supposed to last a long time, would lower the car 1/2", and would give a bit better gearing than stock size. Guys who used them on the GT4 preferred them (and said they were faster) than the stock Cup 2s or Dunlops. They also make some different (245 or 265 both /35 or /40 on 245 also) fronts, but I thought a little wider than stock might be nice to combat understeer at the track (and close to same diameter as 305 rears).

Not sure. I think GMG has done some 19" RS wheel/tires, but it might require to run with TC/SC off?
Best track tire setup I've ever seen on 991 GT3 was Hoosier 265/35 and 315/35.....taller rear tire gives much better load rating, proper ride height, looks better, and is FAST.
Otherwise, I'll just mount up some Cup 2's.

We are on the same page, but I hate lowering the car much more than it already is. When I downsize, I try to keep as close to stock height as possible, simply for ground clearance, as it will see street time too. Plus, a 305 is super stretched on a 12" rim. The biggest 305 I've ever seen was the Nitto, which I used forever on my 7.1RS, which fit a 12" wheel fine, but most street tires run pretty narrow. The bigger 325 Cup2 would fit better, and likely be similar grip to a 305 RE71R.

I'd honestly be more happy with an ideal 245-40/19 and 305-35/19 downsize for NT01's. I ran that 18" downsize on my RS and never once needed more front grip. This would allow proper road clearance, rake, and let everybody use the nannies if need be. The days of 911 understeer are gone. I just requested the 245/305 on their site.
