That's what I said, Alessandro. Read my

to both of us...but I at least try to be pretty
precise in my use of it!

Yes, I DO know what you mean! Like someone
I know who has been posting non-stop in our
991 gt3 forum & has NEVER actually owned a
.1 991 gt3! Some would call that a 'poseur'...
but not me. I am not that judgmental! And now,
through the kindness & generosity of a certain
918 VIP that has gone dangerously out on a
limb for him, there (by the grace of Krishna)
this same gt3-less individual might finally get
a .2 991 gt3...and a PTS to boot! Perhaps that
was not the original intention of the 918 VIP
program in how PCNA first envisioned it. I'll
have to ask David Donohue. But even if that
is not 100% 'kosher', we won't tell!

right? Yeah, I know you feel me.
You are probably right! I have a pretty boring
life around pretty boring people...although many
of them I met here via Rennlist. So if I was you,
I would think twice before being too critical of
them!

Love & Peace! Far out.... 'buddy'!

We understand your world revolves around a tiny fishbowl, and that's ok.. you are a good circle swimmer.. practice makes perfect .. you can do it! But the fishbowl makes you miopic... only the short short perspective makes sense to you. Except there is actually a world outside the fishbowl, for example.. in the actual world of Porsche.. where you're "persona non grata" personified. Where your name is THE JOKE. You wonder why no one answers when you knock repeatedly.. like the kid who gets the wrong address to the party.. you think that's chance? You can't be oblivious to that can you? everyone seems to know the punch line except for little bewildered you, but you swim furiously in circles around the fish tank puffing your chest at the reflective walls.. that's your reach, that's your pond. Well, not that big, not quite a pond

But why burst your bubble.. it's cute to see you try all your biggest and most important sentences.

.

Default Sticks & stones...

I guess I was right on target! Thank you for verifying it,
Alessandro! Lovely little temper tantrum for all to see in
public! It speaks volumes about you!

And talking about trying out 'the biggest & most important
sentences
', I found your original post prior to your hasty
edit just slightly better & more 'nuanced'...

is a poster of you with jokes attached to it, and everyone

Eduardito.
But yes, you see right through me & I am ready to jump
out of my confined space!

But I am not sure I want to necessarily land in your
fishbowl, Alessandro Borroni! Those waters seem a
bit shallow, showboaty & selfie-centric! But then I
tend to be the myopic, small-perspective type that is
apparently immune to your obvious charms & remains
(incredible as it seems) unimpressed with the 'suavity
& debonair-ness' that I am sure oozes, like thick dark
viscous oil, from every pore in your body!

That's not true, Alessandro. I am located,
living comfortably & rent-free, in your head!

You never cease to amaze me Alex. One day (maybe) we'll meet. Not sure which Alex I'll be meeting though?

What exactly set him off? Pretty out of character for Alex

Totally out of character.

I foolishly thought car forums were filled with people who, you know, like cars and came to share and receive information.

I quickly found out car forums are filled with people who:

1. Surreptitiously brag about how rare their RS and how special they are that they find themselves in the unique position that a Dealer gave them a car in exchange for lots of money.
2. Causally drop names like a Get Shorty movie.
3. Use codes, fake names, copy avatars, block calls and other passive-aggressive behavior.
4. Insult with dripping vitriol, but close with a "peace" or "buddy" or "imho". It's like saying f you, but with a smile.
5. Feign erudition by quoting Supply and Demand laws, or the ever favorite, just buy low and sell high.

Some of these precious people that are so revered on these forums are shallow, selfish and conceited.

Hilarious that this nastiness is on the 'Official Rennlist reunion ' thread. I guess this other military quote applies.
