Hi,

I have been lurking for years and finally have a question.

I have a 991.2 GT3 slot for November. It will replace my .1 GT3; I am excited for the 6 speed, bucket seats (not available on my 2014), and new 4.0.

I am interested in PTS (Meerblau). I understand that predicting when PTS might be available is a bit of black magic (dark blue magic in this case?) but I am hoping an expert (Eduardo or someone else with experience) can help me.

Is there someone at Porsche I can call or my dealer can call? I have seen some threads where some folks claim to have confirmed PTS slots. How did you get them?

My dealer is generally great (responsive, no ADM) but hasn"t been able to figure this out.

Are you in the US? If so the PTS window has not opened yet. That means the option is not available to order. Once the option is available, dealers can put the order in with PTS. At that point it may or may not be approved by Porsche. Nobody has a confirmed PTS allocation if they are in the US. The window has opened for some other countries, so you need to verify where the person is located. Your allocation has to be scheduled in the PTS window. I have been told by my dealer it's going to be 4th qtr. My allocation is possibly during the window, so my fingers are crossed I get PTS.

Thanks. So when it opens it will be available on the configurator, until then just wait?

Then expect my order to take a few months extra, if I am lucky enough to get it?

Step one: kill a chicken
Step two: check position of the stars
Step three: align chicken bones to approximate Neptune's orbit (for Meerblau other colors have different requirements)
Step four: check configurator and RL hourly to see if PTS window is open
Step five: call dealer and have dealer submit order immediately
Step six: repeat step one

Hi there,

I got confirmation for PTS October build. My allocation was for November build then got an email from my dealer regarding PTS. I confirmed and my build moved forward to October. I live in Australia

Only Eduardo knows the type and secret technique and he is not telling until someone successfully orders Crystal Blue as a PTS and it is approved by Porsche.

So I've been specing the Turbo I want in ... 14 months ... just in my head. I was thinking GT Silver, but maybe I'll wrap it that colour, I was half thinking of doing a two tone Midnight Blue + Matte Black wrap anyway so this is not a million miles off, but it is stunning.
