Did a 8.06 today: mixed dry and wet lap. Incredible day. Started out with 70% wet. Sun all day. No wind. End of day maybe 25% wet. Unfortunately some of the faster parts where wet.
Had a close to the guard rail/in grass situation in the left-left-left part after Bergwerk. I might post video of it. Got blinded by the sun and missed the apex and as it was wet I was afraid to over correct so I let the car out on the grass.
Drove manually. PDK Incredible good in the wet! So easy to drive smooth. Thought it would have been nice with a wet mode like Ferrari has, thought 500hp might be difficult to use during wet conditions but apparently you can be very smooth using that rightmost pedal.

Today I had the unique opportunity to drive both the Nordschleife and the Südschleife.
Südschleife was part of the Ring but it was destroyed when the new GP-track was build.

The left, left, left after Bergwerk is impossible to see at sunrise. Freaked me out.
