Default Fun Finds thread

Thought we could start a thread for Boxster/Cayman sales that pop up for fun. PTS / limited models, interesting builds or great buys only- Open to all models of B/C.
I'll try to post one per week but feel free to add as you like!

This popped up on autotrader today:

Looks to be overpriced but loaded. Stripes do nothing for me but ymmv.

I saw that posted that car listed here on the Vehicle Market Place, says it's the second most optioned GT4 in the US.

I'd like to see that color / car in person.

Surprise me, but the more I look at Gulf Orange with the silver stripes, the more I like it.

Here's one I think is lots o' fun on BAT. http://bringatrailer.com/listing/1972-bmw-2002tii-7/

Well using muscles is still "power". We used to call taking radiographs to the reading room the "sneaker net".

Great finds, not Porsche but heck, I'm not picky!
Would love to own a 2002 at some point. I've never even seen a detomaso in person. Need to put that on my list

Here's a PTS that looks to be loaded with a MSRP over $110
https://ed-napleton.porschedealer.co...etallic+856995

Doesn't list the color but I'm guessing maritime?

^^^^^ I think you're right on. It definitely looks like Maritime based on this photo of blue paint samples posted by d00d in a GT4 thread, which were identified as:

Top left = Voodoo
Top right = Maritime
Bottom right = Mexico
Bottom left = Riviera
Middle = Miami

Oh.. a reverse creamsicle ! I actually love this combo, though I'm guessing most will dislike it. Don't see many around with the orange interior. Before I bought the 13 S used, I had specced out a sapphire blue base with orange interior.
