Default Code P0301, 06 Cayman S

Car was parked for two days. started this morning got check engine light. checked with OBDII scanner and i get code P0301. any suggestion? can it be from exhaust. i recently installed a B&B (billy Boat) Exhaust also IPD Competition plenum,

Misfire cylinder 1. Google it. The plenum and tb can cause many random codes...

Thanks for the reply, not sure if it can be spark plug or coil, car has 39K miles.

swap the coil with another cylinder.

if it comes back in the same spot - spark plug (and/or coil wiring)
if it moves to the new cylinder - coil
