Excellent pics guys! Mine's in the show for some H&R springs and some spacers and some... art work. I'll post later when I get it back.
I have the H&R Springs and spacer on my Spyder, and truth be told, I'd prefer to put mine back to stock. I was hoping to meet up on Sunday with you but I won't be back from Phoenix in time. Any chance you'd want some slightly used springs?
When these first came out I was in love and really wanted one. But the time wasn't right with kids, etc. Over time I thought they looked a little dated, but now when I come back to them, particularly in person, I really appreciate what a great look this car has. I even like it better than the new Spyder. I think it has better balance to it and more classic Porsche lines.

New spyder lacks in character, especially the roof.
+1
Porsche did an incredible job styling the 987.2 Spyder. By changing the bumpers, rear lid, wing and windows Porsche managed to enhance the body lines that already existed. Everything flows naturally and the overall look is cohesive. The last time I remember subtle changes making a big difference on a Porsche was the 89 Speedster and I still consider it one of the most beautiful Porsches made.
But the real beauty of the Spyder is that it drives better than it looks and that makes it a truly epic car. There's no disappointment with this car, when it comes to driving it does everything right.
