Default Pink trail of fluid on garage floor

Had my low miles 2013 boxster S out yesterday and today I notice a trail of fluid. Is anti freeze pink? I know that is the color in Audis. Had no warning lights etc.

+1.

Porsche coolant/anti-freeze is indeed pink. Depending on who you ask, you don't want to put any other color/type in. No idea on why there was a trail of pink fluid (sorry!), but I do know that there is a pressure relief valve in the engine bay (could some have burped out? hmm).

Unless the windshield washer fluid reservoir is topped up with something pink, there is probably a coolant leak. Otherwise, there could be a leak in the windshield washer fluid system.

The only fluid that your car should leave a trail of is plain old water from say the A/C heat exchanger dribbling condensed water.

Where was the trail? From a front corner? Or possibly from the area where the coolant tank resides. Or more centered and under the car which then points at the water pump.

Regardless, you have to get the source of the fluid identified and addressed.

Source was driver's side just inside the wheel. Have appointment to take into dealer tomorrow. I have 3500 miles on car.
