Removing errant bolt from inside engine
In the process of removing the LHS intake manifold the forward outboard bolt went missing. It fell out my bolt grabber and may have dropped into the AOS hose fitting at cylinder #4. In my haste I had neglected to cover the opening.....Naturally my inspection camera is too large to fit into the opening where you can see the timing chain. Does anyone have any ideas on how to see if the bolt is indeed down there? What could be removed with the engine in the car that could enable the location and removal of the errant bolt?
Thanks,
Rob VN

If you need more flex, you can use a "Grabber" tool (has claws on the end) and just stick a neomodium magnet to the end (don't use the claws)

With the help of Jason at Rebel Rock Racing I was able to eventually identify the bolt outside of the engine. As part of this escapade I learned you can remove the LHS valve cover with the engine in the car. The tandem pump needs to go in first on the re-install because there is very little clearance to the body by cylinder #4.
Anyway a painful lesson in fastener control and covering of open engine ports. The car is running fine.
