I'm new to Rennlist, enrolling after seeing the info regarding the pending Class Act Settlement for 2001-2005- IMS. I have a 987 (2005 Boxster S) SN: WP0CB298X5U732132 with what I understand is a M-97 motor. So it's crack the case for me. The car has an IMS failure and is presently setting at a Porsche dealer awaiting Porsche response on requested participation. Do you know if I'd be included among the cars within this pending action?
