A CPO doesn't mean there's no chance of anything amiss or there are not issues about to happen. Example: As long as the brakes are not worn to the point of needing replacement the car can still be CPO'd. A thousand miles down the road and the brake wear light comes on and that is your problem.

Still sticking with the brake example, if you (or a PPI) spot the brakes are worn down to close to needing replacement you can factor this into your offer, lowering your offer some.

Same applies to tires, or services the car needs. Oil/filter, brake fluid flush/bleed, plugs, engine and cabin air filters, alignment, etc.

Have the seller take you on a 15 mile test ride then back at the starting place you drive the car over the same route and drive the car the same way.

After the test ride and drive then you have the car PPI'd. Among other benefits is the test ride/drive during which the engine runs an hour or so and the car is used, driven, give any leaks a chance to show themselves.
Thanks for reply, I test drove the car, and everything feels ok. They changed front brake pad, and they also did the service. I did not see any leak, but when I drive back home, I find out the speed odo is 2-3mph higher than my GPS speed. (My accord is almost same as GPS speed) Is it a problem?
