spoiler and TC won't go up/off
My spoiler is stuck in the down position and my traction control is stuck on. Any ideas as to what will fix this? Thanks.

My first suggestion would be to scan it and see what it comes up with. It sounds like it might be an issue with a speed sensor.

Would that be the case with the traction control and the spoiler?

Yes, both could theoretically be caused by a speed sensor issue.
