Default New Addition! 987.1 Cayman S

Hey everyone!

After months of search and debate and an even more tediously drawn out process of forcing myself to part the M3, I finally pulled the trigger at the end of August. When I first started the journey over a year ago I was undecided between a 996 GT3, Boxster Spyder, and the 993/s. For reason I won’t get into here, I decided around the end of last winter on a Boxster Spyder. But as time passed, I found it more and more difficult to even begin parting out the M3 to sell. Long story short, I would hesitate every time I went to the garage with the intention of taking mods off and end up just staring. I’m emotionally attached after six years and parting would mean that exactly. I recently and finally bring myself to taking her to the shop to do the surgery. At this point, I become more and more nostalgic about the practicality of the M3 and decide that I should have another coupe as the successor and it would be a Cayman or a 993. Thus I began seriously shopping. Conveniently enough, Napleton Porsche in Westmont had both so I went to have a visit and the rest is history.

Without further ado, I introduce Kate.

Let me note that I wanted to wait until I had time to take proper photos, but I couldn’t contain my urge to share any longer. Also, the saga is yet over as you can tell the M3 is still here and I am still unable to part…but that’s a story for another day.
