window indexing Issue

Default window indexing Issue
not every time but erratically the passenger window jumps a bit when I crank engine to start car ,any ideas as to why this happens??thanx

Is it just the passenger side then or will the drivers side do it occasionally ?

This is normal. Supposedly it is to prevent ice from forming on the window seal.
