Should be a wire tool in your fuse box cover to release the key lock. Or apply 12V to the pull out red post in the fuse box (ground return to the door latch on b-pillar) - eg with boost cables.
I just tried the red pull-out "lead" in the fuse box.... it let go of the key, but no dash lights, window op, or frunk pop. I hooked it up with jumper cables to my SUV.

I had similar issue as well on my C2S. I ended up using a 12V male-male cable from a portable battery pack into the cig lighter just long enough to pop the key and the frunk.
