Default GMG Introduces World Challenge Roll bar for the Cayman

We are pleased to introduce the GMG World Challenge Roll Bar for the Cayman.

Specifically designed and engineered for the Cayman utilizing all the data and engineering we have gathered from our GMG RSR roll bars.
The GMG WC Cayman roll bar is made of 4130 chromoly tubing throughout is meticulously TIG welded and normalized and utilizes CNC machined joint throughout.
Designed as a true bolt in roll bar requiring no drilling holes into the chassis to install. ( trimming of plastic is required to install)
The roll bar allows for use of the stock seats and offers full recline and movement for not only the driver but the passenger as well.

Nice looking bar . . . a few questions:

1. Are the eye bolts on the harness bar intended for attaching shoulder harnesses?

2. Any particular reason why the rear diagonal brace starts over the passenger's head (which would seem to offer more protection to the passenger side, than driver)?

3. Do you have any pics of the main hoop base mounts?

Yes designed to be clip in.

Rear visibility for the driver.

3. Do you have any pics of the main hoop base mounts?

Check our website would be the same as the RSR and WC bars for the 996/997 models.

Can you tell which plastic pieces are expected to be trimmed for the install? Also, is this intended for Gen1 or Gen2 Caymans?

1. will it fit the Generation 2 Cayman ( I would think so)

2. Does it restrict access to the engine compartment?

Looks great, is it available without the eyebolts but with harness retainer loops? I'm interested in black
