Hi all,

I am also in the market but looking more at 07 MY. Prices seem to be in the range of $40k for low mileage cars, less than 12k.

Has anyone pulled Manheim sales data on cayman S they can share?

Thanks,
Greg

They are sweet cars, owned a 2.7, then an 08 S, Had problems with pressure plate bolts on the 07/2.7, 08 was fine. Not a ton of aftermarket products, as with 911, most owners will never do too many mods. with their cars. Zippy, easy to drive, great car.
My problem was there wasn't enough accelerator pedal. I didn't want to go turbo route, no time/work too busy, ended up with C2S. Cayman S is the best car for the price, hands down.

Cayman looks much, much sexier than water-cooled 991, the 996 and 997, and much better looking than the boxster as well, except the Spyder version which is the best looking Porsche ever, well the one that a middle-class/upper middle-class human can buy, not those Carrera GT or 918.

Congrats on joining the family! The Meteor Grey looks great. Now get the snapper to the track and find out what she can do...

Gonna track it? Beware of oiling issues with these cars.

I say now that I am not going to track it, but that could always change. I get my speed rush from riding motorcycles, so the Porsche is more of my zippy fun!!

My fear of tracking is that i will get addicted to it. I tend to have an addictive personality, and not the money to back it up!! LOL!!!

Nice looking car!
