Bodymotion Racing announces 3-car entry for Intercontinental Trophy Cup Series
Bodymotion Racing is pleased to announce their official entry into the 2011 Intercontinental Trophy Cup Series (ITC) hosted by NASA. Located in Central New Jersey, Bodymotion has been building and fielding championship-winning Porsches for three decades and they look forward to continuing that tradition in ITC.
The team is set to field two P1 Cayman S cars and one P2 Cayman S, under the scrutiny of Bodymotion owner and Team Principal Mike Bavaro.
“Intercontinental Trophy Cup is just the kind of semi-pro series needed for those drivers seeking more than club racing without the huge expense of going to professional racing. It will also provide a great launching pad for young drivers seeking to advance their career in sports car racing”, commented Bavaro, a thirty-year race veteran.
He continued, “The Bodymotion team looks forward to a competitive season in ITC and our goal is to earn enough podium finishes to score the inaugural ITC Championship for 2011”.
Bodymotion will announce its driver lineup over the coming weeks.
