Hi All,

This morning i woke up to go work and when i started the boxster i looked at the passenger side mirror while reversing and knoticed a visual problem i.e. i could not see anything. Someone has gone and kicked the wing mirror off, seams intact but is hanging down. The car was packed passenger road side so it was obvioulsy some one walking down the street. Nice! the joy of porsche ownership! Not.

Anyway Does anyone know where i can get a replacement wing mirror for my 987? or maybe just the brackets as the wingmirrror is intact.

If new, you can go to any sponsoring dealer or dealer. You'll then need to paint it, since they usually come primed. You can also try salvage yards to see what they have, and possibly find one that matches color of your car. BTW, if you're in US, there is a coupon from dealer (most?) for 20% off parts. Go to your dealer's website and view parts specials... it should be there.
