Default TPMS for track wheels

Hi, Does anyone know if BERU RDE001 are compatible with the in-dash TPMS system or if it's another model?
I seem to recall that there are 2 types of sensors based on frequency but that's about all I remember.

wow, I would not bother but to each his own. I would not trust the TPMS to be accurate enough. I would rather gauge using Longacre or other damped quality gauge in grid/paddock. Some might say that TPMS would give you early warning about punctures but I think that I would feel it long before a TPMS warning owuld let me know.

I haven't been on track with the Spyder yet, but on the street the TPMS transmits in real-time and has consistently been dead-on identical to my Longacre. I've been surprised and impressed so far; apparently Porsche has come a long way since the first generation.

Honestly, I would never trust the reading. The issue is that you get a huge exclamation mark on the dash when you switch with wheels that have no TPMS. Install is about $250 and the sensors and valves are $400 from tirerack so it's probably something I'll pass on for now since I've only got 1 track day scheduled until next spring...

Yeah... you sent me the instructions but I don't want to kill it permanently as I like it on the street - and would on the track also - and I'm pretty sure I'll do it next time I order some new track tires
