Im not sure where to post this but i hope someone responds, i had my car checked last week, then after three days, i noticed water seeping on my passenger floor, a friend told me it might be my air filter and it was coming from the air filter. I want to replace it, i found this on the net, a video on how to replace cabin air filter. Do you guys think this can be done to a porsche?
First of all, I'm not sure that the cabin air filter would be responsible for causing a water leak, more likely it is either a plugged drain tube from the A/C condenser, or a number of Cayman owners have reported problems with leakage from faulty internal door seals (after a hard rain or car washing).
If you do want to change your cabin air filter, you might want to check out the article I did on Planet-9.com : Cabin Air Filter Replacement
