Not manually. There is a seat sensor which checks for weight and will disable the passenger airbag if the seat is occupied by a child or infant carrier.

Yes, but only with a kit that is available from Porsche. It allows you to place a child in the passanger seat.

I have had my kids in the seat and they were not heavy enough to engage the airbag. They weigh 60lbs (i think).. not sure what the weight activates them.

It would help to know why you want them off. As others have mentioned, a sensor automatically turns them off. My 5 and 3 year old ride in the front regularly on short trips. Even if I place my briefcase or lunch on the passenger seat, it gets deactivated.
