Oil pressure/temp readings?
Given that the Cayman only has 3 instrument dials, does it display oil temp, oil pressure and battery voltage in the digital display?

Fuel level, water temp, rpms, and speed is the information provided by the analog gauges. Digital gauge shows speed, and can show, tire pressure info (MY 07 and newer and with TPMS on MY 06) along with average mpg, average speed, and remaining range from fuel and some Nav and audio information depending on how the car is equiped and display is configured. The digital display also has the oil level indicator but this is not available while the engine is on.
