Nice car! Have fun with it. I think you will have a good time at those DEs and AXes, I know I have in mine.
Question - what do the sport exhaust tips look like?

thanks,
Dave

DE....another victim about to succumb to the slippery slope.

At first, you're at Home Depot/Lowes cleaning them out of wide blue 3M painter's tape, taping your entire car before venturing out onto the track.

Then, before you know it, you have a Cup car.

Enjoy it in the best of health

It happens quickly.

You start with "I hope I don't wad my car up" and then it's " the car is too nice to cut up and install a rollcage, seats, fire system, electrical cutoffs" then "well, can it be a dual purpose street/track car" then it's "how much will it cost to do all this work and how much will I get back when I sell it" then "why not just buy a prepared race car" and before you know it "hey, I've got a Cup car".

Went thru this drill with my RSAmerica. Been there, done that.

I do still recall seeing people with cars completely covered in blue painter's tape.....

....

"..Blue painters tape......."

That's a little out of date - they are all using the clear plastic 3m coatings now.
