DE....another victim about to succumb to the slippery slope.
At first, you're at Home Depot/Lowes cleaning them out of wide blue 3M painter's tape, taping your entire car before venturing out onto the track.
Then, before you know it, you have a Cup car.
Enjoy it in the best of health

It happens quickly.
You start with "I hope I don't wad my car up" and then it's " the car is too nice to cut up and install a rollcage, seats, fire system, electrical cutoffs" then "well, can it be a dual purpose street/track car" then it's "how much will it cost to do all this work and how much will I get back when I sell it" then "why not just buy a prepared race car" and before you know it "hey, I've got a Cup car".
Went thru this drill with my RSAmerica. Been there, done that.
I do still recall seeing people with cars completely covered in blue painter's tape.....

I guess I'm at the beginning... Went from an Audi S4, w a few mods now to a Cayman S. Thinking about the mods that are next... LOL.
