Default 987 Rain Rail won't stay attached

Does anyone else have problems with the rain rail not staying attached? Every time I pull my top down it knocks the rain rail loose

If what you're calling the rain-rail is the rubber strip at the leading edge of the clamshell (shown in the pic) you'll need to have the metal clips replaced. In the interim, push the strip away from the center brake light area (where it's being dislodged) shown by the green arrow. Don't try to push it back on (shown by the red arrow). Should hold you for awhile.

In case you haven't figured out, you can hear it when it's being disconnected by the scraping/rubbing sound. The top should be near silent when it starts to lift from the body.

I'm probably calling it the wrong name. This is the part I'm having trouble with. It stays disconnected

This is how it should stay.
