Default Current lease dea on Cayman

Right now there is a lease deal listed on the PorcsheUSA.com website, near the bottom where it says "A dream come true - Cayman". This deal is based on a MSRP of 50,195 and a Cap Cost of 44,395. Thats a discount of about 11%. So does that mean that 11% is what the factory incentives are on Caymans right now. Also, anyone know the residuals and money factors for the Cayman right now??

Thanks

Well it says the capitalized cost is ~44K. It also shows a cap cost reduction of $3K. So not sure if that means the 3K comes out before or after the 44K figure. Yes it does say participation too. My local dealer said they will not be participating in that. So we'll see what that are actually willing to do right now.. If there is a deal of course I will report it here.

That is really strange since the deal is offered by PFS and they usually give dealers generous incentives to sell their leases.

Molly,
There are some good deals to be had on Caymans (namely the dealers are discounting them substantially) Look around elsewhere if one dealer doesn't want to give you a fair deal.
