I am concerned about the 11" rear. Thanks for the education.

i run 5mm spacer in the rear just to clear 10" width.
btw, if you run 8" front and 11" rear, you will have real bad understeer.

I run this setup for the track. I use 14mm H&R spacers and new bolts in the rear. I also have H&R sport springs with about a 1.7" drop so I needed to land right in the sweet spot for fender fitment.
In the rear this gives you about 5mm of clearance from the shocks and just fits the tires into the fenders. I generally run 245/35 and 295/30 Hoosier R6's without issue. I ran the entire season last year with this setup and never had any problems (except for the 5 sets of hoosiers and 3 sets of pagids I burned through).

we have compaired tires we have in stock and came up with this. in 19" diameters, Michelin 305 is actually 3/4" narrower than the Bridgstone 305 and a Connti 295 is about 3/4" narrower than a Michelin 295. Pirelli 295 are about the same width as a Michelin 305. These are all N rated tires but vary by a large margin among the brands. Published tread widths don't always seam to be accurate. But on running a 295/30/18 Michelin sport cup is less an issue because this time is about an 1" less diameter than the 295/30/19 so it allows that another 1/2" of space to the fender lip before hitting. the 295/30/18 is a 996 fittment tire and therfore less rolling diameter than the 295/30/19 or 265/35/19 that come on 987 and 997.
Now another interesting tidbit is that cars with PASM have thicker shock bodies than cars without. The PASM strut has thick ridges instead of a smooth body and the ridges cause you to space the wheel out a few more MM than a car without, maybe as much as 5mm. I once ran a 18x11 51ET wheel with 295/35/18 bridgestone tire off a 997C4(remember what i said about Bridgestone's widths) and had to use a 17mm plus a 5mm for clearance because the buldge on the strut was thickest at were the 18 wheel lip was at. It rubbed bad. With the 19x11 I am running now i only need the 15mm spacer for the same clearance at the strut and lip of the wheel because the schock body narrows back in at where the 19" wheel lip is. I had a client with a Cayman w/o PASM run Champion 18x11 with a Conni 315/25/18 off his 996 turbo with only a 7mm spacer. If i remeberr right those wheels had a 38 ET.
