2. program the clock on the vcr

I was first on Rennlist, but later found Cayman Club. I like the focus and activity level over there, but don't believe the Cayman is the best car bar none.

As a Porsche enthusiast, I come to Rennlist to get filled in on all that's happening inside and outside the Cayman world.

Which site do you prefer for overall Porsche information?

This poll is inherently flawed ...

Since Rennwhatever is a Porsche site for all models and Caymanclub is specific to the Cayman ... Why would you even ask such a question

Its non-sequitor.

I have been a member of cc for almost a year and it was and is a great place for cayman lovers. there are alot of strong personalities there and thats part of the fun. IMO there is alot of very valuable information about caymans and some terrific articles on modding, as well as some great porsche people. I have lurked here for almost as long as I have been a member there. For a while there was only bits and pieces of information about the cayman on this forum and some was not accurate. Ken the Admin on CC has taken alot of heat at times for the way he runs the forum, but i would say he does a terrific job and has put alot of blood sweat and tears into the site. Unfortuanately sometimes people get their feelings hurt on forums so flaming starts and people move on to other forums, etc. Just my two cents, but if you own a cayman and have little interest in other porsche models then CC is the place to go. However, if you are a serious AX'r, track person, or have other interests, then there may be other forums that are helpful as well, including this one.

I like the site and the forum layouts and all, but I think the mods get carried away moving and closing threads. If you close a thread everytime it gets off-topic a close community will never develop. Other than that, I think it's a great resource for Caymans, but not even close for general Porsche info.
