Will the 986 Spare Tire Fit 987?
Does the 986 Boxster emergency spare tire fit the 987?
And Or what else will it fit?
I have the complete set up out of my 986 Boxster from when I wrecked it, just trying to figure what else it fits.

YES
I kept the same tire from my 986S--I have never driven my 987S on it, but it does fit on the front and rear--clearing calipers on both. It fits in the front trunk using a bungee to hold it against the firewall. I keep it deflated so as not to hit the hood, with a 5 gallon air can--could also use the compressor that comes with the 987. This combo fills the front trunk, but the peace of mind is worth it.

spare tire deduction?
So did you trade your 986S in on the 987S? If so, did the dealer deduct dollars for the lacking spare or did you just nick it before the trade?
