PCM2.1 Nav Owners
I'm wondering if I could bribe any owners of vehicles with PCM2.1 Nav in their 2005 987's to help me out with a little trouble shooting.
I've installed the PCM2.1 unit piecemeal through various sources and have come to find out that the DVD unit may not be functioning properly. Unfortunately, the only way the dealer is able to adequately troubleshoot this is if he has available another known working unit (which apparently he didn't happen to have on the lot of several dozen cars at the time my car was in the shop .. hmmm)
If anyone is willing to let their nav unit be used as a "known good unit" at my dealer, you'd have a few cases of beer for you (or a very nice bottle of '96 Jarvis cab), or with gas @ $3/gal, maybe a few tanks of gas. Anything I can bribe you with ...
