Hi,
Got this from another forum. I do not have the magazine, but this is what I read:
From the latest Road and Track - 700 ft slalom
Cayman S 71.7 mph
F430 70.9
Ford GT 69.6
Z06 69.6
M6 69.5
M5 68.9
Aston Vantage 68.6
Sub WRX STI 68.2
Viper 67.8
Mazda Miata MX5 67.7
Pontiac Solstace 67.0
Ferrrari 612 66.0
Charger SRT8 64.1
Pontiac GTO 62.9
This should make you folks happy. Especially autox ehthusiasts... I hope.

Those speeds are slow compared to these stats from both Motor Trend and Road and Track:
http://autos.yahoo.com/newcars/porsc...rformance.html
Quote from Road and Tracks best all around sports car article March 2005 "And no wonder, the stylish roadster was the fastest through the slalom, posting a record time of 73.9 mph (yes, it ousted the Ferrari Enzo!)"
What gives?
