Writing for my son (really !) He accidently crossed the jbattery umper cables when trying to start the car. The car locked down. cannot remove the key, steering wheel locked and cannot get under the hood to replace the battery. I'm sure this has happened before, so don't want to ask a redundant question. I hope this is just a fuse or relay blowing.

Also, the car has not been started for over a year. I'm concerned about bore scoring. Any advice on a good Porsche shop in north Louisiana? My shop will work on my Cayenne but won't touch a Caymen or 911.
