2006 Boxster base 987 with both heated seats. Got the car two years ago used the heated seats one time the worked. Ever since then I press the button it does nothing no lights nothing. I have looked at the fuse box diagram but nothing about the heated seats in there.

What is the suggested procedure for troubleshooting this?

Technically the F2 fuse (80A-located behind the glove compartment) is for the seat heaters. It's difficult to access so I'd test your wiper motors. Those are also on F2.

 

My wiper motors are working properly so likely not the fuse.
