Default Rear wheel knock/play (not worn suspension)??

I've been hearing a slight knocking noise at low speed over bumps coming from the right rear. (I've got a long, slightly bumpy gravel drive). I thought maybe a worn suspension bit. I did a brake job today and in neutral with the car jacked up I can grab the wheel and with very little pressure I can move the wheel back and forth, up and down. Maybe 1/16th" to 1/8th inch of play. The wheel on the other side has none. I tried searching here, but no luck, Any thoughts appreciated.

I initially didn't think bearing since usually you get some sort of whine, especially under load. I can't spin the wheel freely like that assembled of course, but I think you're probably right. Thanks!
